Only registered attendees may attend the workshop.

Attendees must be present for the entire course to earn the certificates.

Acceptance of COVID-19 Safety Policies:

Attendees are informed of our COVID-19 safety policies prior to payment/completing registration. Attendees agree to follow COVID-19 safety policies (as detailed at registration, as well as below). Those who do not follow policies will not be admitted in the meeting space. A refund on the course will not be given.

"I understand that I will be required to wear a mask while in the meeting space, regardless of my vaccination status. Bandanas, neck gaiters, and masks with exhalation valves will not be permitted. Capital Medical Education will have disposable, 3-ply surgical masks available for all attendees, should you require a mask. All masks must be worn properly, covering the nose and mouth. Attendees' tables will be spaced appropriately from each other. The health and safety of our attendees and staff is of the utmost importance to Capital Medical Education."

– If the cancellation is made over seven weeks from the workshop start date, you will receive a credit towards a future workshop, less a $100.00 processing fee. This credit may be applied towards a future Capital Medical Education CME Aesthetic Workshop, and will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact Capital Medical Education regarding upcoming course dates.
– Cancellations made within seven weeks of the course date are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, the registration can be transferred to a colleague without penalty.
– No refunds or credits will be given for ”no-shows”.
